Privacy policy

What happens to your pages.

Short version: your pages go to Claude (Anthropic's AI) to generate a read, and nowhere else. We don't keep a copy, we don't build a profile of you, and there's no account to create. The long version is below.

What we collect

Only what you type into AISHA: an optional logline and the pages you paste in. If you're on the app, we also briefly note your device's IP address, for one reason only, see "rate limiting" below.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no sign-up, no email required to use AISHA. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. We don't know who you are, and AISHA doesn't need to.

How your pages get read

When you submit, your logline and pages are sent directly to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the read, then streamed back to your screen. Anthropic processes that request under their own privacy policy. We don't control or see how they handle it beyond that one request.

What we keep

Nothing. We don't store your logline, your pages, or the read AISHA gives you, there's no database of past submissions on our end. Once the read finishes streaming to your screen, our server has already forgotten it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate numbers, like how many people visit and which pages get used. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't build a profile of you. It's a page-view counter, not a tracker.

Rate limiting

AISHA is free to use, and we pay for every read it generates, so to keep it from being abused, each visitor is limited to a small number of reads per hour, tracked by IP address. That count lives in memory only: it's never written to a database, resets automatically every hour, and is wiped completely whenever the server restarts. It exists purely to stop spam, not to identify or track you.

Children's privacy

Fresh Eyes and AISHA aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If how AISHA handles data ever changes, this page will change with it. Last updated: August 2026.
